Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Missive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Missive

Shippo + Missive + Shopify: When a new shipment is created in Shippo, a message is sent via Missive to notify the customer, and Shopify is updated with the shipment status in the order details.

Missive + Shippo + Google Sheets: When a new conversation about shipping occurs in Missive, extract shipping details and log them into a Google Sheet, then use Shippo to find the shipping status for tracking purposes. Although Shippo does not integrate directly into the flow, the Find Shipping Label action allows to verify status after a certain time.
