Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Shippo, PagerDuty, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and PagerDuty

Shippo + PagerDuty + Slack: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, if a delivery problem is detected, an incident is triggered in PagerDuty. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the support team.

PagerDuty + Shippo + Slack: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, the flow finds the order details from Shippo and then sends a direct message via Slack containing Shippo's order information to the on-call personnel.
