Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shopify and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shopify and Circle

Shopify + Circle + Klaviyo: When a new customer is created in Shopify, they are added as a new member to a Circle community. This event then triggers adding the customer's profile to a specific list in Klaviyo for welcome messages.

Circle + Shopify + Discord bot: When a new member joins a Circle community, the automation finds a suitable Shopify discount code and sends it to the new member via a direct message on a Discord bot.
