Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Adalo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Adalo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Adalo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Adalo

Signnow + Adalo + Slack: When a contract is fully signed in Signnow, this automation updates the corresponding user profile in Adalo with the contract details. Then, it sends a confirmation message to a specified Slack channel, notifying the team.

Adalo + Signnow + Google Sheets: When a new record is created in Adalo, a contract is generated from a template in Signnow and sent for signature. The status of the contract, including signing completion, is then tracked in a Google Sheet.
