Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Asana, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Asana integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Asana (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Asana

Signnow + Asana + Slack: When a document is fully signed in SignNow, a new task is created in Asana to reflect the completed contract. A notification is then sent to the legal team via Slack to inform them of the completed contract and the new task in Asana.

Asana + Signnow + Google Drive: When a new story is created in Asana (indicating a new project phase), a document is created from a template in SignNow and sent out for signatures. Once the document is signed, it is saved to a designated folder in Google Drive for record keeping.
