Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Avaza, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Avaza integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Avaza (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Avaza

Signnow + Avaza + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Signnow, such as a document being signed, the automation retrieves project details from Avaza using the document's associated project ID. This information, along with the signed document details, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting purposes.

Avaza + Signnow + Slack: When a new event occurs in Avaza, the automation checks if the event is related to a project being marked as complete. If so, it automatically sends a contract via SignNow using a template, and then notifies the team on Slack via a public channel message.
