Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Awork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Awork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Awork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Awork

Signnow + Awork + Slack: When a document is signed in Signnow, a new task is created in Awork to follow up on the document. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the new task.

Awork + Signnow + Google Drive: When a task is updated in Awork, a contract is created from a template in Signnow and then saved to a specific folder in Google Drive for record-keeping.
