Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Caspio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Caspio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Caspio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Caspio

Signnow + Caspio + Slack: When a document in Signnow is signed (New Event), the information is updated in Caspio (Update Table Record), and a notification is sent to a Slack channel (Send Public Channel Message).

Caspio + Signnow + Email: When a new record is created in Caspio (New Table Event), a document is sent via Signnow for signature (Create Document from Template and Send Free Form Invite), and once the document is signed a confirmation email is sent (Send Email via SMTP).
