Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, CloudConvert, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and CloudConvert integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and CloudConvert (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and CloudConvert

Signnow + CloudConvert + Google Drive: When a document is signed in SignNow (New Event), it triggers a conversion using CloudConvert. The converted file is then uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive, archiving the signed document in the desired format.

CloudConvert + Signnow + Slack: When a CloudConvert job finishes (Job Finished), indicating a document has been converted, an invitation to sign the converted document is sent via SignNow. Upon completion of the signing process (New Event in SignNow), a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the team.
