Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Signnow, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Signnow or Discourse will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Signnow or Discourse, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Signnow node from the app selection panel on the right.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Discourse integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Signnow + Discourse + Slack: When a new document is signed in Signnow, a new topic is created in a specified Discourse forum, and a notification message is sent to a Slack channel.
Discourse + Signnow + Google Sheets: When a new topic is created in a Discourse forum, a document is created from a template in Signnow and an invite to sign it is sent. The details of the new topic and the sign invite are then saved to a Google Sheet.
