Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Formsite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Formsite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Formsite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Formsite

Formsite + Signnow + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Formsite, a contract is automatically created from a template in Signnow and sent for signature. Once the document is signed, the details of the signed document and the form submission are logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Signnow + Formsite + Slack: When a document is signed in Signnow, the corresponding form data from Formsite is retrieved, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, alerting the team to begin onboarding the user.
