Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Google AI integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Google AI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Google AI

Signnow + Google AI + Slack: When a new event occurs in Signnow (e.g., a document is signed), the document is analyzed using Google AI (Gemini) to extract key data. A summary of this data is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

Slack + Google AI + Signnow + Google Sheets: When a new message is posted in a Slack channel (potentially a support request), Google AI (Gemini) extracts information from the message. This information is used to create a draft agreement in Signnow. The details of the agreement and the Slack message are then tracked in a Google Sheet.
