Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Linear, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Linear integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Linear (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Linear

Signnow + Linear + Slack: When a new event occurs in SignNow (e.g., a document is completed), an issue is created in Linear to track the next steps. A notification is sent to the legal team's Slack channel to inform them of the completed contract and the new issue.

Linear + Signnow + Google Sheets: When a new issue is created in Linear, a signature request is automatically created in SignNow using a predefined template. The status of the signature request, including the document ID and signer information, is then tracked in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
