Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, NocoDB, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and NocoDB

Signnow + NocoDB + Slack: When a document is fully signed in Signnow, a new record is created in NocoDB to store the document data. A Slack notification is then sent to a specified channel to inform the team about the new entry.

NocoDB + Signnow + Pipedrive: When a new record is created in NocoDB, a document is automatically sent out for signing via Signnow. Once the document is signed, Pipedrive is updated to reflect the signed document and its associated data.
