Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Simplesat and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplesat and Userback

Simplesat + Userback + Slack: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, fetch the associated feedback from Userback. Then, send a message containing both the Simplesat score and Userback comment to a designated Slack channel.

Userback + Simplesat + Jira: When new feedback is created in Userback, retrieve the customer's Simplesat response. If the Simplesat score is low, create a new issue in Jira to alert developers.
