Chargebee + Sinch + Slack: When a new payment fails in Chargebee, an SMS is sent to the customer via Sinch. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team for potential follow-up.
Chargebee + Sinch + Google Sheets: This workflow tracks payment failures and SMS follow-up attempts. When a new payment fails in Chargebee, the event is logged to Google Sheets. An SMS follow-up is then attempted via Sinch and this action is also recorded in Google Sheets for performance tracking.
