Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sinch, Clockify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Clockify

Sinch + Clockify + Google Sheets: When a new incoming SMS is received in Sinch, this triggers the start of a timer in Clockify. When the timer is stopped manually, the time entry details, including duration, are then logged into a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.

Clockify + Sinch + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Clockify, a Sinch SMS reminder is sent for project updates. After the SMS is sent, a summary is then posted to a Slack channel.
