Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and Dropbox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Dropbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Sinch + Dropbox + Google Sheets: When a new incoming SMS is received via Sinch, the details of the call are logged in a new row in Google Sheets. The call recording (assuming it's automatically stored in Dropbox upon call completion) file name and link are then added to the Google Sheets row.
Dropbox + Sinch + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific folder in Dropbox (presumably a folder containing call transcripts), the text content of the file is extracted. This text is then sent as an SMS message via Sinch. Finally, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the sent transcript and the contact it was sent to.
