Formstack + Sinch + Google Sheets: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, extract the SMS feedback (assuming a dedicated field for phone numbers and feedback). Send an SMS via Sinch to confirm receipt, and then log the feedback data into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
Formstack + Sinch + Slack: Upon receiving a new form submission in Formstack, check if the submission meets a critical threshold (e.g., score above a certain value in a satisfaction survey). If critical, send an SMS alert via Sinch to a predefined number, and also post a message to a dedicated Slack channel for immediate attention.
