Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and GoCanvas integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and GoCanvas (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and GoCanvas

GoCanvas + Sinch + Google Sheets: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, call data from Sinch is fetched based on a shared identifier (e.g., phone number). The submission data and call details are then logged into a Google Sheets spreadsheet to track field service activity.

GoCanvas + Sinch + Slack: When a critical issue is reported in a GoCanvas form submission, an SMS message is sent via Sinch to a supervisor, and a notification is also sent to a designated Slack channel to alert relevant personnel.
