Sinch + Google AI + Twilio: When a new SMS is received by Sinch, the message content is sent to Google AI's Gemini model for sentiment analysis. Based on the sentiment (e.g., positive, negative), Twilio sends a tailored SMS response back to the customer.
Sinch + Google AI + Zendesk: After a call, the transcript from Sinch is sent to Google AI's Gemini for summarization. The summarized transcript is then used to create a new ticket in Zendesk, enabling efficient support and issue tracking.
