Sinch + Google Contacts + Twilio: When a call is missed in Sinch, the flow checks if the caller's number exists in Google Contacts. If the contact exists, a personalized SMS is sent via Twilio. If the contact does not exist, a generic SMS update is sent via Twilio.
Sinch + Google Contacts + Google Sheets: When a new SMS is received in Sinch, the flow retrieves the contact details from Google Contacts using the sender's number. The Sinch SMS details and the corresponding contact information are then logged into a Google Sheet for call activity reporting.
