Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Knack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Knack

Knack + Sinch + Twilio: When a new record is created in Knack, use Sinch to retrieve inbound messages associated with the record's contact. Then, send an SMS notification via Twilio, incorporating relevant information from both Knack and Sinch data.
