Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and Kommo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Kommo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Kommo

Sinch + Kommo + Google Sheets: Upon receiving a new SMS via Sinch, the automation retrieves customer details from Kommo using the phone number. It then logs the SMS content and customer information into a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.

Kommo + Sinch + Slack: When a new deal is created in Kommo, a welcome SMS is sent to the contact via Sinch. Simultaneously, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new deal.
