Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sinch, LiveChat, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and LiveChat

LiveChat + Sinch + Zoho CRM: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the workflow checks for a phone number within the chat transcript. If a phone number is found (using Sinch to potentially validate and extract), a new lead is created in Zoho CRM.

LiveChat + Sinch + Microsoft Teams: When a new chat transcript is available in LiveChat, the workflow attempts to identify phone numbers in the transcript. If phone numbers are detected, a message including the transcript and phone number from Sinch is sent to a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel.
