Sinch + Google Sheets + Mailjet: When a new SMS is received via Sinch, log the message details (sender, body, timestamp) in a Google Sheet. At the end of the day, send an email summary of all received messages using Mailjet.
Sinch + Twilio + Mailjet: If sending an SMS via Sinch fails (no explicit failure trigger available, so on any SMS), reroute the SMS via Twilio. If the Twilio message also fails (again, no explicit failure trigger, assuming the message has been sent), notify support via Mailjet email.
