Sinch + ManyChat + Google Sheets: When a new SMS is received in Sinch, ManyChat processes it as a survey response. The data is then added as a new row in Google Sheets for analysis.
ManyChat + Sinch + Twilio: If a customer provides a negative response to a ManyChat flow based on custom fields, the system uses Sinch to send a follow-up SMS. If the customer still replies negatively, Twilio initiates a call.
