Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and Mixpanel integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Mixpanel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Mixpanel

Mixpanel + Twilio + Sinch: When a specific event is tracked in Mixpanel, a personalized SMS message is sent via Twilio to the user. If the Twilio message fails, Sinch is used as a backup to send the same message.

Mixpanel + Sinch + Slack: When a specific event is tracked in Mixpanel, a customized message is sent to the user via Sinch. Simultaneously, a Slack alert is sent to a dedicated channel notifying the team about this user event and the corresponding Sinch message.
