Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Motion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Motion + Sinch + Google Sheets: This automation tracks video analytics from Motion. When a new task event is triggered in Motion, it retrieves corresponding Sinch call data using the Sinch API, and logs both into a Google Sheet for comprehensive insights.
Sinch + Motion + Slack: This flow monitors Sinch for new incoming SMS. When a high number of incoming messages are found within a specific timeframe (representing missed calls), and if that timeframe correlates with marketing videos logged in Motion, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.
