Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Patreon

Patreon + Sinch + Google Sheets: When a new member joins a Patreon campaign, their phone number (if available) is used to send a verification SMS via Sinch. The member's information and phone number are then added to a Google Sheet.

Patreon + Sinch + Discord: When a new member joins a Patreon campaign, a Sinch SMS is sent containing an invite link to a Discord server. This assumes you can generate the Discord invite link externally and provide it to the Sinch Send SMS action.
