Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Pipedrive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Pipedrive

Sinch + Pipedrive + Google Sheets: When a new inbound SMS is received via Sinch, the flow searches for the associated lead in Pipedrive. If the lead is found, details of the SMS interaction are logged as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.

Pipedrive + Sinch + Slack: When a deal's stage is updated in Pipedrive, an SMS is sent via Sinch to the associated person. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the deal stage change.
