Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Podio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Podio

Sinch + Podio + Google Sheets: When a new SMS is received via Sinch, create a new item in Podio and log the SMS details in a Google Sheet for analysis.

Podio + Sinch + Twilio: When a new task is assigned in Podio, send an SMS notification via Twilio to the assignee using the contact number stored in Podio, using Sinch as an intermediary to handle the phone number lookup.
