Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sinch, Recut, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and Recut integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Recut (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Recut

Google Drive + Recut + Sinch: When a new or modified video file is detected in Google Drive, trigger Recut to shorten a link for the file. Send an SMS via Sinch with the shortened link to the video for quick client approval.

Recut + Sinch + ClickUp: When a new link is created in Recut, send an SMS notification via Sinch to a project manager. The SMS notifies them that a video edit is completed and needs review, then create a task in ClickUp to track the review process.
