Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Slack bot, Airparser, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Slack bot and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack bot and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack bot and Airparser

Slack bot + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a user sends a message to a Slack bot, the message content is sent to Airparser to extract relevant data. The extracted data is then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.

Airparser + Slack bot + Airtable: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, the document's data is parsed and a summary is sent to a Slack channel. The structured data from the document is then stored in an Airtable base for further analysis and organization.
