Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack bot and Apify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack bot and Apify

Apify + Slack bot + Google Sheets: This automation starts when an Apify Actor or Task finishes running. It then fetches the dataset items from the run. Finally, it sends a summary of the scraped data to a Slack channel and saves the full dataset to a Google Sheet.

Apify + Slack bot + Airtable: This automation starts when Apify finishes scraping a website. It then checks for specific updates or keywords in the scraped data. If important updates are found, an alert is sent to a Slack channel. The scraped data is then organized and stored in an Airtable base.
