Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack bot and Coda (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack bot and Coda

Slack bot + Coda + Google Sheets: When a support request is made in a Slack channel, a new row is created in a Coda table to track it. Once the support request is resolved and the Coda row is updated, the details are logged in a Google Sheet for record-keeping and analysis.

Coda + Jira + Slack bot: When a new task is created in Coda, a corresponding issue is created in Jira. When the Jira issue is updated, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to keep the team informed of progress.
