Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Slack, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Slack and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and AITable

Slack + AITable + Google Calendar: When a new message is posted in a Slack channel, extract relevant details to create a new record in AITable. Use the information from the AITable record to create a new event in Google Calendar.

AITable + Jira + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, automatically create a new issue in Jira with the details from the record. Then, send a message to a Slack channel notifying the team about the newly created Jira ticket.
