Create a New Scenario to Connect Slack and Facebook Messenger
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step

Authenticate Facebook Messenger
Now, click the Facebook Messenger node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Facebook Messenger settings. Authentication allows you to use Facebook Messenger through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Slack, Facebook Messenger, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Slack and Facebook Messenger integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and Facebook Messenger (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Facebook Messenger + Slack + Google Sheets: Archive messages from Facebook Messenger and Slack into a Google Sheet for compliance and analysis. When a new message is posted on either platform, the message details are added as a new row in a designated Google Sheet.
Facebook Messenger + Slack + Twilio: If support agents are unavailable on Facebook Messenger or Slack, forward urgent inquiries as SMS via Twilio. When a new message is received on either platform, and no agent replies within a specified time, forward the message to Twilio to be sent as an SMS.
