Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and HighLevel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and HighLevel

Slack + HighLevel + Google Calendar: When a new message is posted to a specific Slack channel, the content is checked for keywords. If keywords are found, a contact is created or updated in HighLevel, and a follow-up call is scheduled in Google Calendar.

Slack + HighLevel + Twilio: When a new message is posted to a Slack channel, it creates a support ticket in HighLevel. Then, an SMS update is sent via Twilio to the client in HighLevel notifying them of the ticket creation.
