Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Slack, LiveChat, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Slack and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and LiveChat

LiveChat + Jira + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, create a new issue in Jira. Then, send a message to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new issue.

LiveChat + Google Sheets + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, add a row to a Google Sheet. If the number of rows added decreases within the last hour, send a message to a Slack channel.
