Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and Mailgun (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and Mailgun

Slack + Google Sheets + Mailgun: When a new message is posted to a Slack channel, the message details are added to a Google Sheet. A summary email of the archived message is then sent via Mailgun.

Mailgun + PagerDuty + Slack: When Mailgun detects a new permanent failure (bounce), it triggers an alert in PagerDuty. PagerDuty then sends a notification to a designated Slack channel.
