Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and Moxie

Slack + Moxie + Jira: When a new message is posted in a Slack channel, search for the client in Moxie and create a linked Jira issue for engineering if the support request is complex and requires engineering attention. The Jira issue will contain information from the Slack message and Moxie client details.

Moxie + Google Sheets + Slack: When a task in Moxie is completed, the details of the resolved ticket are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. A daily summary of all resolved tickets from the Google Sheet is then posted to a dedicated Slack channel.
