Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and PDFMonkey (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and PDFMonkey

Slack + PDFMonkey + Google Drive: When a new message is posted in a specified Slack channel, a document is generated in PDFMonkey based on the message content. This document is then automatically saved to a designated folder in Google Drive for archiving and record-keeping purposes.

PDFMonkey + Docparser + Slack: When a new document is generated in PDFMonkey, Docparser extracts the data from it. The extracted data is then summarized and sent to a dedicated Slack channel as a message, providing a quick overview of the document's contents.
