Save and Activate the Scenario

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Slack and RingCentral integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and RingCentral (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and RingCentral

Slack + RingCentral + Google Calendar: When a specific message is posted to a Slack channel, a RingCentral meeting bridge is created. The details of this meeting, including the join URL, are then automatically added as an event to Google Calendar.

RingCentral + Slack + Salesforce: When a RingCentral call ends, the call details are logged as a new record in Salesforce. After the record is created, a summary of the call, along with a link to the Salesforce record, is sent to a designated Slack channel.
