Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Smsapi and Okta integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smsapi and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smsapi and Okta

Okta + Slack + Smsapi: When Okta detects a new event, such as a user account being locked, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. Additionally, an SMS message is sent to a predefined contact to alert them of the event.

Okta + Smsapi + PagerDuty: When Okta detects a new event indicating a critical login failure, an SMS message is sent to the on-call personnel and a trigger event is sent to PagerDuty to ensure immediate attention and resolution.
