Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Smsapi and Ortto integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smsapi and Ortto (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smsapi and Ortto

Smsapi + Google Sheets + Ortto: When a text message is sent via Smsapi, the details of the message and any responses are recorded in a Google Sheet. Sentiment analysis is performed (outside of the available actions) on the responses, and Ortto is used to personalize follow-up marketing based on the sentiment. Due to a lack of sentiment analysis actions, a custom activity event will be created in Ortto.

Shopify + Ortto + Smsapi: When a customer abandons their cart in Shopify, Ortto is triggered to send an SMS message via Smsapi with a special discount code to encourage them to complete their purchase.
