Create a New Scenario to Connect SOS Inventory and Contacts+
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Click on the SOS Inventory node to configure it. You can modify the SOS Inventory URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the SOS Inventory node, select Contacts+ from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Contacts+.

Authenticate Contacts+
Now, click the Contacts+ node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Contacts+ settings. Authentication allows you to use Contacts+ through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring SOS Inventory, Contacts+, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SOS Inventory and Contacts+ integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SOS Inventory and Contacts+ (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
SOS Inventory + Contacts+ + QuickBooks: When a new sales order is created in SOS Inventory, the automation retrieves the customer's contact details from Contacts+. If the customer doesn't exist in QuickBooks, a new customer record is created. Then, it creates a new sales order in QuickBooks.
Contacts+ + SOS Inventory + Slack: When a contact is updated in Contacts+, the automation checks if they have a tag indicating VIP status. If they do, and a new sales order is created for them in SOS Inventory, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel, alerting the sales team about the VIP client's order.
