Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Spotify, Alegra, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Spotify and Alegra integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Spotify and Alegra (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Spotify and Alegra

Spotify + Google Sheets + Alegra: When a new track is added to a specified Spotify playlist, the track details are added to a Google Sheet. This data in Google Sheets can be used to track music expenses. Alegra integration is not directly possible with available actions, so the expense tracking part needs to be done manually using the Google Sheet data.

Alegra + Spotify + Slack: When a new contact is created in Alegra, a welcome song from Spotify (which needs to be manually chosen/configured) is shared in a dedicated Slack channel. This automation shares the link of the song in the Slack Channel.
