Role Overview
We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who not only excels at setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns, but can also build holistic marketing systems and produce compelling ad creatives. As an integral member of our team, you will own the end-to-end marketing funnel—from designing processes and tracking methodologies to executing campaigns and crafting impactful visuals. This role goes beyond traditional media buying: you’ll be an architect of marketing frameworks and a hands-on creator shaping our brand’s narrative in performance channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Development & Process Ownership:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable systems for lead generation, tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Establish clear workflows for campaign setup, asset management, and performance analytics to ensure operational excellence.

- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Conceptualize, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and relevant industry networks).
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market trends to refine targeting strategies and messaging frameworks.

- Creative Production & Optimization:
- Develop compelling ad creatives (including visuals, copy, and simple graphics) that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with design and product teams for more complex creative needs, ensuring a high standard of brand consistency and user engagement.
- Continuously A/B test creative elements, landing pages, and messaging to maximize conversion rates and ROI.

- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Set up and maintain robust analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs, including CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Translate data into actionable insights, making informed decisions to improve channel mix, messaging, and user flows.
- Implement and refine attribution models to accurately assess channel effectiveness and guide budget allocation.

- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align campaign efforts with company objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, championing a data-driven approach to marketing decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years in a performance or growth marketing role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with developer tools, automation platforms, or workflow solutions is highly desirable.
‍
- Technical & Creative Skills:
- Proven track record building marketing systems and workflows—familiarity with automation platforms, attribution tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Proficiency in designing and creating performance-oriented ad creatives (basic graphic design tools, copywriting best practices, and A/B testing methods).
- Advanced knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads) and analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and landing page builders is a plus.
