How to connect 7todos and AI: Perplexity
Create a New Scenario to Connect 7todos and AI: Perplexity
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a 7todos, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, 7todos or AI: Perplexity will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find 7todos or AI: Perplexity, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the 7todos Node
Select the 7todos node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring 7todos, AI: Perplexity, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the 7todos and AI: Perplexity integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between 7todos and AI: Perplexity (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect 7todos and AI: Perplexity
7todos + AI: Perplexity + Slack: Every day, list all tasks from 7todos. Then, use Perplexity to summarize these tasks. Finally, send the summary to a dedicated Slack channel.
Google Calendar + AI: Perplexity + 7todos: When a new event is added to Google Calendar, use Perplexity to summarize its details and extract action items. Create these action items as tasks in 7todos and set their deadlines.
